This universal clamp can be securely mounted on any tube from .051 inches to 1.77 inches.  Can camp on some flat overhangs like a table or desk top.  Attachment is a 5/8 hexagonal socket.  Has a ratchet handle, so you can reposition the handle out of your way without loosening the clamp.
